1. Add invitation you like to the cart and proceed to checkout page. 2. At checkout page select the number of cards/sets you need. Please note! Minimum order is 40 cards/sets. Type your your wording at personalization box. 3. Follow to the next step to finalize purchase. 4. Confirmation of purchase will be sent to your e-mail. |

| We do all the job for you! Please enter exact wording for every item you are ordering at checkout page and get digital proofs by email within 24 hours. |
| WHAT CAN BE CUSTOMIZED? |

All orders include personalization of wording and colors. Fonts can be changed. You may select font from another design in our store. |
| WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME? |

Digital proofs are sent via email within 24 hours. Once proofs are approved, printing takes 2-3 days. Shipping takes 3-5 days. |
| WILL I RECEIVE HARD COPY PROOFS? |
| No, there is no hard copy proofs. Your order includes a set of digital proofs that will be emailed to you for your review. We highly recommend ordering a sample set,If you would like to see our printing, paper and ink options in person. |
| CAN I ORDER A PRINTED SAMPLE? |

Yes sure. Samples are pre-printed with example wording in the colors shown and cannot be customized. Purchase one invitation/set to receive printed sample. |
| WHAT KINDS OF PAPER DO YOU HAVE? |

We have two types of papers: - Gorgeous white shimmer cardstock made by Italian paper mill Fedrigoni, which is a top choice for luxury wedding stationery. This is a thick (300 gsm/120 lb) white paper with a shimmering finish and smooth surface. - Luxury white mate cardstock, which is a best choice for rustic wedding stationery. This is a thick (300 gsm/120 lb) white paper with a eggshell finish. That's why stationery background must stay white in order to represent unique paper quality. |
| ARE ENVELOPES INCLUDED WITH STATIONERY? |

Yes. Matching blank envelopes are included in the price of wedding invitations, bridal shower invitation, Save the Dates and thank you cards. Envelopes do not come with RSVP postcard. |

| The printing method is flat digital, which is the best for our papers and results in crisp text and bold saturated colors. |
